Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. This processing window allows our warehouse team to carefully prepare, pack, and quality-check your items.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times shown at checkout refer only to transit time and do not include our warehouse processing period.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • If we anticipate any delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
